Domestic Crafty Hands Club Kits
Each month's Crafty Hands Club Kit is assembled by the 20th and mailed by the 25th via USPS and does not include tracking, typically arriving in the first week of the following month. Please allow extra time around holidays.
International Crafty Hands Club Kits
International memberships include a shipping surcharge determined by the postal carrier. Delivery typically takes 7–21 days from the mail date, and international mail does not include tracking.
Digital Delivery
Digital-Only memberships and the digital edition included with physical memberships are delivered by email around the same time each month's physical Crafty Hands Club Kit ships.
Lost or Damaged Mail
If your Crafty Hands Club Kit arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within a reasonable window of the expected delivery date, contact us within 30 days and we'll do our best to make it right — typically a reship if materials are still available, or a credit toward a future month. Because domestic and international mail may not include tracking, we can't guarantee replacement for mail lost in transit, but we will work with you.
Returns
Because each Crafty Hands Club Kit is limited and made specifically for that month's members, we don't accept returns on delivered materials except in cases of damage or a shipping error on our part. Digital content is non-refundable once delivered.
Canceling Your Membership
Membership cancellations are handled under our Terms of Service. In short: email thecreativeteam@devynstainedhands.com anytime to cancel, and your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
