(Membership Terms)
Effective date: September 16, 2026
These terms govern your Crafty Hands Club membership and your use of thecraftyhandsclub.com. By joining, you agree to them. Crafty Hands Club is a project of Stained Hands, operated by Kelly and Devyn Wensley, based in Nokomis, FL.
Memberships We Offer
Crafty Hands Club Kit (Founding rate): $11/month, locked in for life for the first 50 subscribers who join during the founding window
Crafty Hands Club Kit (Standard rate): $13/month, once founding spots are filled
International Crafty Hands Club Kit: add $3/month to either rate above
Digital-Only membership: $7/month, standalone
Every physical Crafty Hands Club Kit member also receives the digital edition at no extra charge.
Billing and Auto-Renewal
Memberships are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically at the rate shown when you joined, until you cancel. By joining, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month.
Founding-rate members keep that rate for as long as their membership stays continuously active. If a founding-rate membership is canceled, rejoining later will be at the then-current standard rate — the founding rate isn't held or reserved.
If we ever change standard pricing, we'll email current members at least 30 days before the new price takes effect on their account. This does not apply to locked-in founding rates.
How to Cancel
You can cancel anytime — there's no minimum commitment. To cancel, email thecreativeteam@devynstainedhands.com with the subject line “Cancel Membership” and the email address on your account. We process cancellation requests within 2 business days.
Cancel at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. If you cancel after that point, your membership stays active through the end of the period you already paid for — no partial refunds — and will not renew after that.
Flagging again here: email-only cancellation is workable at launch, but several states now expect an immediate, self-serve online cancellation option for recurring memberships. Worth revisiting once there's an account portal, or at minimum a dedicated “Cancel My Membership” web form.
Shipping and Delivery
Each Crafty Hands Club Kit is assembled by the 20th of each month and mailed by the 25th, typically arriving in the first week of the following month domestically. International Crafty Hands Club Kits typically arrive in 7–21 days and do not include tracking. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Refunds
Because each Crafty Hands Club Kit is produced in limited quantity for that month's subscribers, we generally don't offer refunds once a Kit has shipped or digital content has been delivered, except as described on our Shipping & Returns page or where required by law.
Age and Accounts
You must be 18 or older to join, or you must be joining with a parent or guardian's permission and using their payment method. Craft materials should be used with adult supervision appropriate to the materials included.
Content and Intellectual Property
Templates, instructions, videos, and other materials we provide are for your personal, non-commercial crafting use. Please don't resell, redistribute, or repost our printables or instructional content as your own.
Limitation of Liability
Crafty Hands Club is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability to you for any claim related to your membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing your membership after an update means you accept the revised terms, effective as of the date posted above.
